Shipping costs

Tickets purchased online cannot be shipped. You will receive the ticket as a PDF to print out or to present on your smartphone.
Our items from the online shop are shipped with DHL.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated by us according to weight and size and include shipping as well as packaging. The rates are as follows:

For shipping within Germany:

• up to 250 g, no tracking or insurance: €3.00 (consignment)
• from 250 g to 2 kg, with tracking and insured up to €500: €5.50 (parcel)
• 2 kg and over, with tracking and insured up to €500: €7.50 (parcel)

Due to their special size, posters have to be sent separately and therefore cost €7.50.

Items from our shop that cannot be sent as consignments due to their dimensions will be sent as parcels.

Shipping within the EU:

• up to 250 g, no tracking: €4.50
• from 250 g to 2 kg, no tracking: €11.00
• 2 kg and over, no tracking: €17.00

(We do not offer tracking or insurance for shipping within the EU).

We do not ship outside the EU.
